By creating an account or using PraxisCareer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. What PraxisCareer is

PraxisCareer is a career intelligence platform that provides job market analysis, salary data, career coaching, skill gap analysis, and LinkedIn optimization. The platform uses AI to interpret labor market data and generate personalized career insights.

2. What PraxisCareer is not

PraxisCareer is not a financial advisor, legal advisor, employment agency, or recruiter. The information provided is for general informational purposes only. Career analysis and AI-generated recommendations are interpretations based on available data and should not be treated as professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for financial, legal, or employment decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use PraxisCareer. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and onboarding. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that contain fraudulent information or violate these terms.

5. Free and paid tiers

PraxisCareer offers a free tier with limited features and paid plans with expanded access. Free tier features and limits are described on the pricing page and may change over time. Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the plan you select (one-time, monthly, quarterly, or annual).

6. Payments and billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency where available. Final charges are processed by Stripe in the currency shown at checkout.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds are given for unused time.
• One-time report purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated.
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.

7. AI-generated content

PraxisCareer uses artificial intelligence to generate career analysis, market summaries, skill assessments, career pivot suggestions, and LinkedIn rewrites. This content is:

• Generated based on available job market data, economic indicators, and AI training knowledge.
• Informational in nature — not a guarantee of outcomes, employment, or salary.
• Subject to the limitations of AI technology — it may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.

You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI-generated content before acting on it.

8. Data and privacy

Your use of PraxisCareer is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit PraxisCareer's content or analysis without permission.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the platform.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.

10. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and AI-generated analysis produced by PraxisCareer are the property of PraxisCareer. You may use AI-generated content (career analysis, LinkedIn rewrites) for your personal career purposes. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute this content commercially.

11. Limitation of liability

PraxisCareer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PraxisCareer's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting privacy@praxiscareer.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
